We Update Your Existing Website

Website Design and Development

It begins with a detailed review of the existing website, creating a plan for content, construction, and calls to action. You could be a single practitioner or even a sizeable multi-office company that invested thousands of dollars building a fancy destination. No matter the circumstance, we take over where you left off. If you have a website, we will leverage what is in place and take it to the next level. If you do not, we will build one for you. We always use a CMS (Content Management System) that you can update anytime by yourself, no need to pay us or anyone else to make changes.

The typical medical office website has between 8 and 15 pages: Home, About Us, Our Services, and Contact Us. That number is not nearly enough to climb in the local rankings above your competition. As people search for the various service-related keywords that are relative to your offerings, they often drill down to the specific indications where you focus. That means each treatment modality should become a unique project which will allow you to become the expert for that indication.

We take a different approach to our program. We optimize each page using two and three targeted keywords. We have identified hundreds of various keyword combinations in each geographic area where someone may search while looking for a treatment.

How We Do It

Website Design and Development

To take advantage of this opportunity, we build a page for each targeted indication you wish to focus. If you are a doctor, for example, you don’t just offer medical tests. You may provide treatments for; erectile dysfunction, tennis elbow, knee pain, low back pain, hair regeneration, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff repair, acne treatments, body sculpting, weight management, hormone replacement therapy, FSD, fine lines, and wrinkles, etc. We ensure these keywords/pages integrate into your website with their unique content, links, meta-text, anchors, and graphics.

We optimize websites for the sub-cities in your geographic area, typically 10-15 sub-cities for most markets. We build pages that combine geographic data with the targeted terms ensuring you have the proper index history in Google. You will have unique meta text, title tags, meta descriptions, and anchor text. Title tags are incredibly useful in helping to target keywords. You must understand what the limitations are and use them properly. “Keyword stuffing” can land you in the Google penalty box. For example, 70 characters are your limit, any more, and they are cut off in search results. Meta descriptions should include your targeted keywords and can be used to measure conversions. Google often changes its limitations. To be safe, keep your content well optimized and character count under 150.

Targeted Landing Pages

Local landing pages are effective to leverage and target your geographic target area and focus. They must be unique (from your current content and that of a competitor) and concentrate on bringing in your target client. Keep the pages under 500 words, use alt-image tags that are geo-targeted. To this include a custom URL that has the location you are looking to attack, proper title tags, and other best practices.

Review your competition, take note of what you are not doing and implement it. More importantly, note what others are doing right and let’s deploy it on your behalf. Emulate success both within your industry and outside of it. If you are your target demographic, see what you like, and create the content to attract someone such as yourself.
